Dragon Coffee Clatch: 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM Locaton Mystickal Voyage

We will be sitting in the Coffee shop and talking with people about anything they wish to talk about. Come sit, buy some coffee or tea, have a nosh, look for a nice gift and just chat about anything and everything Esoteric. This will be an open discussion so bring your ideas, thoughts and questions and we will see where it takes us! A mind, like a parachute only works when it opens. Lets open and expand our minds together! In the past, conversations have touched on mystical creatures, demons, how to ground and center, astral projection, philosophy, truth, and many many other topics. No serious topic is turned away. There are usually a number of people who can help you with your question from 101 stuff to High Magic. So if you ever asked, “What I would like to know is ________,” then come on down and lets see if we can’t get you that answer. NOTE: Coffee Klatch will be a live webcast. Witchraft 101 Orientation: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM Location Mystickal Voyage

Last year’s class began with over 200 people interested, only 35 we accepted and only 4 made it to the very end! Why? Because it is hard and difficult! Are you ready to be challenged and to learn? Are you able to take the class of a lifetime? If you are, will you be one of the few who will actually survive? This class is a full year course focusing on Spiritual Development. The class will meet on Saturdays for 12 classes over the course of a year and will cover everything from Comparative Religions, Spiritual Alchemy, Dragon Magic, talismans, potions, spells, dark magic, light magic, shadow selves and everything in between, outside and around. Classes will be held at Mystickal Voyage and are 8 hours long with homework! This class will not teach from a specific tradition, but it will bring in elements from many traditions! It will provide you with a well rounded education on Pagan spirituality. The class will mainly be taught by Rev. Bunky Bartlett D.D. as well as guest teachers from the community. Some teachers follow a more eclectic path, and some a more traditional path so who better to learn from then those who are actually out there doing it every day. You may even meet a well known author, who knows who one of the guest teachers may be. If you are interested in signing up for the 101 class, you must attend a mandatory orientation session where more details of the class will be discussed. Those dates are Friday April 17th (6:30 - 8:30 in the yoga room) and Sunday May 3rd (2pm - 4pm in the coffee shop). This class will be video recorded. Those attending will get a copy of the DVD once it is completed. The DVD will be made available for sale though Mystickal Voyage and other online venues. 55% of the proceeds from the sale of the video will go to the American Diabetes Association. YOU WILL NOT BE ON CAMERA IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE! Do not let the camera scare you from this class. All care will be taken that if you do not wish to be seen you will not. You must be 18 or older to participate in this class. Please do not attend the orientation if you are not 18 years old. You will not be allowed to take the class. Not all who attend the orientation will get a spot in the actual course as space is limited. Students will be picked based on their completed essay that will be assigned to them at the orientation.

Place: Patapsco Valley State Park Glen Artney Shelter #66 - From the Beltway (I-695) Take Rt. 1 (Exit 12-A) toward Elkridge. Follow Rt. 1 South about 3 miles to South St. Turn right. Park entrance is on the left. From I -95 take I-195 to Rt. 1 (Exit 3) toward Elkridge to South St. Turn right. Park entrance is on the left. From Howard County follow Rt. 1 through Elkridge and into Baltimore County. Turn left onto South St. Park entrance is on the left.

Cost: Free (Park entrance fee is also already paid. Just say you are at #66 and they will give you a ticket)

Bring: Your food for the day (a dessert dish (sugar free is always welcome) for the sharing table), Drinks, Plates, Cups, utensils, etc. Like you are going on a picnic. Ritual stuff (Athame's, Chalice, Robes, Drums or other musical instruments, etc. if you are going to participate in ritual, but not required.)
